2. All drivers are welcome to practice at anytime the track is open but first must sign in at the hobby shop.

3. The shop will give frequency pins as you sign in. Only one transmitter per driver will be allowed unless permission is given by the office for special conditions that may exist.

4. Absolutely no r/c vehicle of any kind will be allowed to be driven in the pit, parking, or green area-NO EXCEPTIONS!  Testing of you vehicle must be done on a r/c stand or on the track.

5. Only drivers are allowed on the drivers stand while operating a model on the track.

6. DO NOT stand on the hot pit to operate your model.  Please use the drivers stand.

7. Turn marshals must take positions in the designated areas marked by red sidewalk stones.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Remember safety will always be the primary concern.

If anyone is caught conducting any of the above mentioned, or is in any way associated with these activities, you  will be disqualified and asked to leave the premises immediately! You will forfeit your entry fee, awards, and points.

12. No person, using the track facilities or attending an RC Power Speedway event will have any claims for damages, expenses, lawsuits or otherwise against the owners, operators or track officials of RC Power Speedway resulting from damage to any rc vehicle, personal injury or monetary claims of any-kind.
